Service Scope

VPNRead provides an international network acceleration subscription for cross-border access and access to international websites, covering 90+ countries / 220+ routes and supporting Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Users can manage plans and obtain client apps and subscription details through the panel.

Coverage does not mean every route will remain available at all times or that third-party websites will necessarily permit access. Connection performance depends on the local network, exit region, target service rules, and route maintenance. Third-party content, account eligibility, and platform subscriptions are not included in this service.

Accounts and Devices

No email address is required; an account can be created with a username and password. Keep your login credentials and subscription details secure, and do not post subscription links on public pages. If credentials are exposed or unusual activity is detected, change your password and submit a support ticket.

There is no limit on the number of devices that can be online at the same time for the account holder's own use across multiple devices. This does not permit account sharing with others. Reselling, renting, or transferring an account or subscription is prohibited, as is distributing connection credentials to others or using the service to provide unauthorized commercial access. Users are responsible for devices they authorize and actions taken through their accounts.

Subscriptions, Billing, and Refunds

Monthly subscriptions: ¥9.9/month includes 60GB · ¥18/month includes 250GB · ¥28/month includes 500GB. Data resets monthly on the activation date. Mid-cycle upgrades are prorated by the remaining days. Data packages: ¥158/300GB · ¥358/1000GB · ¥658/3000GB. They remain valid indefinitely until used.

Payments are accepted via Alipay / WeChat / USDT. Check the plan, amount, and billing method before paying. Full pricing is available on the plans page. Monthly subscriptions and data packages have different data rules; a monthly subscription should not be treated as a data package with indefinite validity.

You may request a full refund for any reason within 30 days of your first payment. Submit your request through a user panel ticket and provide order details that can be verified. VPNRead will review the order and process the refund. The time it takes to arrive depends on the payment channel, and no unconfirmed arrival time is promised.

Acceptable Use

Users must comply with the laws and regulations that apply where they are located and to their use of the service. The service must not be used for unlawful purposes. Network attacks, fraud, malware distribution, unauthorized data collection, and infringement of others' intellectual property or privacy rights are prohibited.

When accessing third-party services, users must also comply with their terms of use, regional rules, and content licensing requirements. This service does not provide access rights to third-party services or obtain required authorization on a user's behalf. Abnormal requests and other abusive activity that impair service operation or other users' normal connections are prohibited.

Availability and Liability

Route maintenance, carrier changes, network congestion, and changes to third-party services may interrupt connections or affect performance. VPNRead does not guarantee connections in every environment, fixed speeds or latency, or continuous access to specific content. Users should maintain appropriate backups and alternative connection arrangements for important work.

VPNRead will investigate service issues that it can address. Issues caused by a user's device configuration, local network, or third-party platform rules must be investigated according to the circumstances. Liability is determined under applicable law and based on the facts. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. See the Privacy Policy for information about data handling. This service follows a no-logs policy.

Account Termination and Changes to These Terms

If a user engages in unlawful use, resale or sharing, attacks, or other serious violations of these terms, VPNRead may restrict or terminate the related account service based on the circumstances. Users who disagree with this action may submit an explanation and order details through a support ticket and request a review. Service restrictions do not automatically cancel refund rights or other remedies available under applicable law.

Changes to these terms will be published on this page, and the last-updated month will be revised. Changes affecting important rights, such as billing or refunds, will be explained in a user panel announcement, including how they apply. Changes will not retroactively reduce rights attached to existing orders under applicable law. Review updates before continuing to use the service, or contact support through a ticket.
