Privacy Policy

This policy explains how VPNRead handles data when providing its website, user panel, and network acceleration subscription service. Records needed for accounts and billing are distinct from network access logs; their purposes and retention practices are described separately below.

Account and Order Information

VPNRead does not require an email address to create an account; a username and password are sufficient. An email address is not required during registration. Account identifiers and password verification information are used for sign-in, subscription management, and account access checks. Do not include personal information unrelated to the service in your username.

Order records include the selected plan, order amount, payment status, and related transaction information. They are used to activate the service, reconcile payments, and process refunds. Data usage and plan reset status are used to calculate subscription entitlements, not to determine which websites a user visits.

Text, screenshots, and problem descriptions submitted in a support ticket are used to handle that request. Before submitting, hide your password, irrelevant information in payment credentials, and your full subscription address.

No-Logs Policy

VPNRead follows a no-logs policy. It does not record which websites users visit or retain browsing content, lists of destinations, or connection histories that could reconstruct browsing activity. The service does not build user profiles from network access content.

Session state needed while a connection is active is used only to maintain that connection and is not retained as a user connection log after it ends. Plan usage, account sign-in verification, and order processing records are service management data, not browsing history.

When troubleshooting connection issues, provide the client error message and the name of the selected route where possible. The no-logs policy does not mean that destination websites, device operating systems, or payment providers do not process data; their own policies apply to their activities.

Access Statistics and Local Storage

Website access statistics help us understand page visits, referral sources, device and browser categories, and link clicks so that we can improve content and usability. Website statistics are processed separately from accelerated connections and do not collect content from other websites accessed through a route. Do not put account credentials in publicly accessible page links.

Cookies and local storage are used to maintain sign-in status and save language preferences and necessary interface settings. The user panel stores sign-in credentials in the browser to verify the account in later requests. After using a shared device, sign out and clear the relevant site data.

You can manage cookies and local storage in your browser settings. Clearing or restricting necessary storage may require you to sign in again, and some preferences may revert to their defaults. Clearing browser data does not also delete server-side account and order records.

Third-Party Payment Processing

VPNRead supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payments are handled by the relevant third-party payment service or transaction network and are subject to its own data processing rules. VPNRead uses payment results, order identifiers, and necessary transaction details to confirm payment. Users are not asked to provide payment account passwords to customer support.

Necessary order information may be shared with payment processors to complete transactions or review unusual orders. This information is used only for payments, reconciliation, and dispute handling; completing a payment does not turn it into browsing activity data. USDT transactions may include publicly viewable on-chain records. Deleting an account on this site does not remove such public records.

Data Retention and Deletion Requests

Account information is retained for as long as needed to provide account services. Order and refund records are retained as needed to fulfill obligations, reconcile payments, handle disputes, and meet applicable legal requirements. Support tickets and access statistics are retained for the periods needed for their respective handling or analysis purposes. When those purposes are fulfilled and no further retention is necessary, relevant data is deleted or de-identified; it is not kept indefinitely without a purpose.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of account information through a user panel support ticket. Account ownership must be verified before a request is handled. Deletion may affect sign-in and subscription use. Records that must be retained by law or to resolve outstanding matters will be restricted to the relevant purpose, and the reason they cannot be deleted immediately will be explained.

Policy Updates and Contact

Updates to this policy will be published on this page, and the last-updated month at the top will be changed. Important changes to processing purposes, data categories, or user rights will be explained through an on-site announcement or a user panel notice. Where consent is legally required, the applicable process will be followed separately.

If you have questions about this policy or data processing, visit the support page and submit a ticket through the user panel. Subscription rules are set out in the Terms of Service.
